Job Description:-
1. Conduct searches on Patent infringement , EOU, Claim Mapping, litigation, monetization patentability, FTO, Invalidity, Product search, Prior Art searches, Novelty .
2. Formulation and validation of approach in lending support to R&D teams of clients.
3. Candidate Should have done substantial amount of infringement search experience.
4. Analyzing patent claims and description for claims mapping, portfolio analysis, patent categorization, etc.
5. Experience in wireless communication/computer architecture/Analog and digital circuits/semiconductor/consumer electronics/5g.
6.Capacity to work independently as well as in teams.
7. Excellent reading and comprehension skills and Effective searching skills.
8. Good Knowledge of Data Source, Sensitivity of deadlines and work quality.
9. Strong exposure towards 3gpp standard and other high tech area.
