One of our clients moved their IP records from the existing file management platform to a new one. The data transfer was done for ~40K records.

The client happened to miss an important deadline in a series of matters. When we looked into the matter, we noted that the migration had led to format issues in dates and other bibliographic details.
Action
We proposed to review the bibliographic details against the PTO records. We estimated to complete the project in 5 months by aligning a dedicated team of 8 experts.
Solution
Our team verified the existing data from the country PTO websites where available and reached out to our agent network for the ones where the PTO website was not accessible and delivered the project within the stipulated time frame.
